1. Processing and Dispatch Times
All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We aim to dispatch orders within 1 working day of receiving them.
Where you select a specific delivery date at checkout, we will ship your order in line with your chosen delivery date to ensure it arrives within the expected time frame.
Orders placed after our daily cut-off time (1pm) or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always do our utmost to minimise delays.
2. Next Day Delivery
We offer a next working day delivery service where selected at checkout.
However, next day delivery is not guaranteed. While we make every effort to prepare and dispatch your order in time for next day arrival, delivery time-frames are dependent on the courier service and circumstances outside of our control.

By placing an order with next day delivery, you acknowledge that this is a target delivery time-frame and not a guaranteed service.
3. Courier Responsibility
Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the courier. We cannot be held liable for delays, missed deliveries, or rescheduled delivery attempts caused by the courier.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the matter as quickly as possible.
4. Incorrect Address Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address details.
5. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to the recipient being unavailable, safe place instructions not being followed, or address access issues, re-delivery charges may apply.
